To achieve certification each website undergoes a manual technical compliance review against WCAG 2.1 to level AA.

The site underwent both a technical compliance audit and robust end to end testing by users with a wide range of disabilities including blindness, low vision, dyslexia, colour deficiency, mobility impairments, learning difficulties, Deaf, Asperger, and anxiety/ panic disorder.

All testing is carried out in line with relevant platform specific guidelines, and where applicable, conforms with The Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018. Testing also conforms to Section 508 of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

List of issues

No violations at Single or Double A level of WCAG 2.1 could be found by the DAC on certificate issue date.

  3. Complete payment process and submit for payment
  4. Select Debit card and enter dummy details for the other form fields
  5. Select “Proceed to Payment”
  6. Select Visa from the dropdown and enter the following details

  1. Select “Repayment Plan”
  2. Enter Minimum instalment amount – Test the page and select Next
  3. Proceed with payment plan- Check the check box and Submit
  4. Complete bill details – Enter dummy details
  5. Select Visa from the dropdown and enter the following details

  6. Select “Continue”
  7. Unsuccessful payment

Journey 5 - Transaction history

  1. Select “Contact us”
  2. Submit a contact request using DAC TEST as the comment and dummy details and attach a blank file
  3. Check the “Send me a copy” check box and submit
  4. On the main navigation select your account by click “Manage”
  5. Select show menu
  6. Select “Password”
  7. Change password to “DACtest123$”
