1. Sign into your personal account – Click ‘Create account’
2. Enter your full name – Enter you name in the field, then click ‘Continue’
3. Sign in details – Enter your DAC email in the field then create a password, then click ‘Continue’
4. Verification email – Check your DAC email inbox for a confirmation email
5. Your personal account has been created – Enter your login details then click ‘Continue’
6. Clean air zone account home – Click ‘Your vehicles’
7. Your vehicles – Click ‘Add a vehicle’
8. Enter the vehicle details – Enter the vehicle registration number as PAY004 and enter any vehicle name, then click ‘Continue’
9. Are these vehicle details correct? – Select ‘Yes’ radio button then click 'Continue’
10. Local exemptions – Click ‘Continue’
11. Your Vehicles – Select ‘Will I be charged’ tab
12. Will I be charged - Click 'Choose different clean air zones’
13. Which clean air zones do you want to check? – Select any zone using checkboxes, then click ‘Continue’
14. Will I be charged? – Click ‘Account home’
15. Clean air zone account home – Click ‘Make a payment’
16. Which clean air zone do you need to pay for? – Select the ‘PCI Testing’ radio button, then click ‘Continue’
17. Choose the vehicle you want to pay for – Select the vehicle you created, then click ‘Continue’
18. Pay a daily PCI Testing clean air zone charge – Click the checkbox to confirm you have an exemption, then click ‘Continue’
19. Which days do you want to pay for? – Select any future date using the checkboxes, then click ‘Continue’
20. Confirm your basket before payment – Click ‘Confirm and continue to payment’
21. Enter card details – Enter the card details below in the correct field the other info can be dummy details, use your DAC email address

22. Confirm your payment – Click ‘Confirm payment’
23. Payment complete – test the page, then click ‘Account home’

Journey 2

1. Clean air zone account home – Click ‘Your vehicles’
2. Your vehicles – Click ‘Add a vehicle’
3. Enter the vehicle details – Enter the vehicle registration number as cas300 and enter any vehicle name, then click ‘Continue’
4. Are these vehicle details correct? – Select ‘Yes’ radio button then click 'Continue’
5. Local exemptions – Click ‘Continue’
6. Your Vehicles – Click ‘Edit’
7. Edit Vehicle CAS300 – Make a change to the name of your vehicle, then click ‘Save changes’
8. Your Vehicles - Select ‘Will I be charged’ tab
9. Will I be charged? - Click 'Choose different clean air zones’
10. Which clean air zones do you want to check? – Select the ‘Birmingham’ checkbox, then click ‘Continue’
11. Will I be charged – Click ‘Pay’
12. Pay a daily PCI Testing clean air zone charge – Click the checkbox to confirm you have an exemption, then click ‘Continue’
13. Which days do you want to pay for? – Select any future date using the checkboxes, then click ‘Continue’
14. Confirm your basket before payment – Click ‘Confirm and continue to payment’
15. Enter card details - Enter card details – Enter the card details below in the correct field the other info can be dummy details, use your DAC email address

18. Clean air zone account home – Click ‘Add someone’
19. Add someone – Use your DAC email address with a +1 at the end of your name, then click ’Continue’
20. Manage account users – Click ‘Account home’
21. Clean air zone account home – Click ‘Payment history’
22. Payment history – Select ‘View details’ for any of the payments
23. Payment details – Click ‘Return to payment history’
24. Payment history – Click ‘Request a download link’
25. Preparing your payment history – In the email received, click ‘Download payment history’
