To achieve certification each undergoes a manual technical compliance review against WCAG 2.2 to level AA.

The underwent both a technical compliance audit and robust end to end testing by users with a wide range of disabilities including blind, low vision, dyslexia, colour blindness, mobility impairments, learning difficulties, Deaf, Asperger and anxiety and panic disorder.

All testing is carried out in line with relevant platform specific guidelines, and where applicable, conforms with The Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018. Testing also conforms to Section 508 of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

List of issues

High Severity Issues

The following issues are of high severity and need to resolved as soon as possible.

  • Carousel Image Issue

    Within the carousel, there are two links superimposed over the CSS background images.

    Timeline: : Expecting to be resolved in 2h 2026 Release (October - November 2026)

  • Decorative image

    There is a large decorative image whose alt attribute is not blank.

    Timeline: Resolution to be checked in the next retest.

  • Profile Page Pop-up - Contrast issue

    Within the 'Resume / CV' popup, either the focus indicator fails to achieve a 3:1 contrast ratio against the adjacent backgrounds.

    Timeline: Included as a fix in SAP release 1H 2026 (June-August 2026)

  • Profile page Autocomplete option

    When signing in, there are text fields that relate to standard personal information, but whose 'autocomplete' properties have not been specified

    Timeline: Included as a fix in SAP release 1H 2026 (June-August 2026)

  • Profile Page Sign-In Issue

    When attempting to sign in with multiple errors upon submission, only the main message and the message of the “Email Address” are read out to users of assistive technology.

    Timeline: Resolution to be checked in the next retest.

High and Medium Priority issues

The following issues fall under WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA priority.

  • Skip to Breadcrumbs

    The skip links take the user to the 'breadcrumbs' navigation region, rather than the H1 page heading, but these 'breadcrumbs' are part of the repeated block of content.

  • Error Handling

    When changing the account password on the 'Settings' page, there are no validation messages identifying errors for the 'Current Password' field upon submission.

  • Required Field

    the 'Resume / CV' field is visually presented as being required, but the property is hidden from assistive technology.

  • Error Handling

    When changing the account password on the 'Settings' page, there are no validation messages identifying errors for the 'Confirm Password' field upon submission.

  • List Properties

    The role of the list that is exposed to assistive software has been incorrectly overwritten as a region.

  • Identify Input Purpose

    On the profile page, there are a number of text fields that relate to standard personal information that do not have corresponding autocomplete attribute values.
