To achieve certification each application undergoes a manual technical compliance review against WCAG 2.2 to level AA.
The application underwent both a technical compliance audit and robust end to end testing by users with a wide range of disabilities including blind, low vision, dyslexia, colour blindness, mobility impairments, learning difficulties, Deaf, Asperger and anxiety and panic disorder.
All testing is carried out in line with relevant platform specific guidelines, and where applicable, conforms with The Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018. Testing also conforms to Section 508 of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

- Save

You can book on behalf of Linnet and Cornelia:
- Make a new desk booking for next Tuesday for Cornelia (make her the owner)

Book a room for a recurring meeting, every Wed at 2 PM for 3 weeks
- The room needs to fit 8 people and have disabled access (“facility” filter)
- Set the meeting title
- Set the meeting duration to 2 hours
- Add Linnet, Cornelia and Tim as attendees
- Select a formal layout
- Add a request for a flipchart
- Add a request for donuts partway into the meeting time with a note saying there’s a nut allergy
- From the home screen, edit the first occurrence of the recurring meeting to add someone else as an attendee (make them up)
- From the home screen, cancel the second occurrence of the recurring meeting

Make a new desk booking for now in Wellington House
- The new desk booking should appear on the home screen with a Check in button
- Check in from the home screen
- Tap on the desk booking to view the booking details
- Choose to end the booking early
