Certification

To achieve certification each website undergoes a manual technical compliance review against WCAG 2.2 to level AA.

The site underwent both a technical compliance audit and robust end to end testing by users with a wide range of disabilities including blind, low vision, dyslexia, colour blindness, mobility impairments, learning difficulties, Deaf, Asperger and anxiety and panic disorder.

All testing is carried out in line with relevant platform specific guidelines, and where applicable, conforms with The Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018. Testing also conforms to Section 508 of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

All issues previously identified during the initial Accessibility Audit and 1st Retest at Levels A and AA have now been resolved.

NOTE: One issue at Level A ( 2.4.2 Page Titled ) remains; however, as discussed with the client, DAC recognise that this issue content is outside of Onfido's control because their product is embedded within their client’s webpages, and therefore Onfido's client controls the page titles for each page in the flow. As such the exception granted previously relating to Page Titled is also granted here, but will need to be documented in Onfido's Accessibility Statement as being outside of their control.
